Regular Meetings

The Central Counties Beekeepers hold approximately 10 regular meetings per year at the Stone Church of the Brethren in Huntingdon (see map at bottom of page).  These meetings are generally scheduled for the third Monday of each month at 7:30 PM.

Meetings provide participants an opportunity to share experiences and advice, pose questions to one another, and discuss seasonal beekeeping topics through guest presentations or videos.  Special topics are selected by members during an annual program planning meeting and are listed on the event calendar.

Special Events and Community Outreach

In addition to regularly scheduled meetings, the CCBA coordinates field trips to local apiaries or special interest events.  The CCBA also promotes beekeeping and the importance of protecting pollinators at area festivals and events, as well as in schools and clubs.
